We had a lovely experience during our stay, particularly enjoying the comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily, which was especially nice for my elderly parents.
In my wife’s opinion, there should be more family-friendly dining options available nearby.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff welcomed us warmly, making check-in easy. We enjoyed cozy moments in our updated room, though the bathroom needs attention. Breakfast was delightful. the eggs were cooked to perfection! For comfort, consider bringing a fan if you're staying during warmer months. a pleasant stay.

the location was amazin, perfect for visiting family in hastings. the room was clean, comfy, and everything u would expect for the price. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. i liked the old charm of the building and the history it had. even tho the rooms could do with a lil modernising, it was cozy enough for a cozy night sleep.
the shower pressure was not good at all and it felt a bit outdated. also, the heating was too high and made the room kinda stuffy.

Consider asking for extra pillows upon check-in to ensure a comfortable sleep, as the hotel may have limited supplies available in the room.

Comfortable stay, but needs work
The parking was fine when we were there, and the location is right on the high street which is cool. the cleanliness could’ve been better—found some dust in corners and the lack of breakfast options was disappointing. Wouldn't call it a £90 room for sure.

I truly appreciated the charming staircase and the spacious rooms, which provided a sense of elegance and comfort. The staff were attentive and assisted me with my luggage and stress-free.
More accessible facilities for seniors would be beneficial.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the nearby abbey and had fun at a local café. The location was super convenient—right on the main street. The room was comfortable, but keep in mind there's no dining service at the hotel, so plan your meals ahead.
We had some issues with the cleanliness of our room, especially the bathroom which didn't feel fresh. It’s worth mentioning that the decor and overall atmosphere could use some serious updates for a better stay.

Ideal for those seeking value and character
The spiral staircase was a masterpiece, it really added character to the place! The staff were incredibly helpful. one even carried our bags up to the second floor for us. That kind of service—you just don’t see it everywhere.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experiences you get.

Charming Stay in a Historic Building
I stayed for one night in a budget double room, and I was pleasantly surprised by the charm of the place. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, making it a cozy space to rest. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring local attractions, just a stone's throw away from historic sites. the check-in process could be improved, as it felt a bit unorthodox having to call a mobile number upon arrival.

Location stands out, just steps from the high street and the abbey. The parking situation is convenient, as it’s free, which is a plus. The room I had was spacious and provided basic amenities like a tea and coffee tray, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. there were a few issues that hindered the overall experience. I noticed significant noise from street traffic, which made it difficult to relax. The bathroom could use some attention. the hot water barely worked, and the shower pressure was disappointing. I also found some cleanliness issues, like spider webs and a dirty plastic bin in the room. The reception process was lackluster, with no one around to assist during certain times. There’s also no communal area or bar, which would have added to the hotel experience.
